The Management of TBLA Group directs that all personnel and employee, and the operation of all Division, activities and services, will not discriminate on the basis race, color, religion, creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, age, disability, pregnancy, or status as a disabled employee.

Harassment on any of the above stated grounds is a form of prohibited discrimination. This policy also prohibits retaliation for reporting possible violations of this policy, for cooperating with any related investigation, or for participating in such a complaint process.

The board of directors and Commissioners of Tunas Baru Lampung (TBLA) Group recognize the importance of providing all employee, visitors and contractors with a safe and healthy work environment.

Our goal is to prevent all occupational injuries and illness. The Company will seek to achieve this by :

  1. Identifying and reducing the risk of all types of work activities that have the potential to produce personal injury or occupational illness.
  2. Providing instruction, training, and supervision to improve individual’s understanding of workplace hazards, including safe work practices and emergency procedures.
  3. Involving individuals in occupational health and safety matters and consulting with then on ways to recognize, evaluate, and control workplace hazards.
  4. Ensuring that everyone (including visitors and contractors) complies with appropriate standards and workplace directions to protect their own and others health and safety at work.
  5. Providing adequate system and resources to effectively manage rehabilitation and return to work processes.

TBLA Group will implement and maintain an ongoing occupational health and safety program, including conduction regular inspection of the workplace aimed at preventing accidents and incidents.

All managers and supervisors are responsible and accountable for the safety of employees, contractors, and company property under their control. Managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring all regulations, procedures, and safe work practices are followed at all times.

All employees are expected to :

  • Follow all company safety requirements and relevant Codes of Practice
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Report all injuries and safety incidents
  • Actively participate in safety improvement activities

We will ensure that every aspect of our activities is conducted in accordance with sound environmental practices.

We will achieve this by :

  1. Minimizing the consumption of natural resources and energy, whilst consuming material goods in moderation.
  2. Reducing the creation of waste by the adoption of improved operating practices and by recycling of materials whenever practical.
  3. Ensuring all waste and effluent is disposed of in a safe and responsible manner.
  4. Investing in the development of new products and processes that have an improved performance regarding their impact on the environment, complying with environmental legislation.
